Die Teilnahme an einem Online-Kurs setzt eine gute und stabile Internetverbindung voraus. Da unsere Workshops überwiegend online stattfinden, gehen wir davon aus, dass jeder Teilnehmer diese Voraussetzung mit ausreichend Vorlauf erfüllt.

At VISION MACHINE, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences. If you are not satisfied with a workshop, we are sorry, but there is no refund possible after your workshop participation.

But you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you did not take part in our workshop. To be eligible, you must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction. Refund requests made after 14 days from purchase, or after the workshop has been completed, will not be accepted. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
